Rearrange the seats of the person in charge of the unit; remind you not to be rigid. For some old comrades with high morals and respect, they can also be in the front row, and young leading comrades can be in the back row appropriately.

Attachment: The invited guests from higher-level units or sibling units do not necessarily have to be ranked according to their positions. Usually, the principle is: the workplace guests from higher-level units or units at the same level, whose actual position is slightly lower than the leader of the master, It can be arranged to be seated at a suitable position on the podium.
