What is real management, and the key resources in it?

What is management (the concept of management)? What system resource pillars (resources and expertise required in the management process) are required to achieve management objectives? What is the relationship between corporate culture, rules and regulations and corporate management?

Share two short stories :)

The first story is a Zen koan "The Wind Moves the Flags". Hui Neng, the sixth patriarch of Zen, lived in Faxing Temple before he received the full ordination. One night, he happened to hear two monks arguing about whether the wind was moving or the flag was moving, so he interjected aloud. As soon as these words came out, not only did the two monks realize something, but even the host Yinkong was quite astonished.

, but personally shave for him, and worship him as a teacher.

So what did the illiterate Hui Neng say that would convince the old monk? It turned out that what he said was: "It is not the wind or the flag that is moving, but your heart." The wind and the flag are external and illusory. The human heart is beyond time and space, eternally lonely. Its essence is quiet. People should realize the emptiness of their own nature, seek Buddha within themselves, and not be deceived by external things. The two monks were obsessed with specific images such as wind and flags, but they didn't know that "there is nothing in the first place", they made their hearts shake and covered their serene nature.

Another story is "The Tea is Full": A young monk learns Zen from an old monk. He shared a lot of his experience and hoped that the old monk could give him some advice, so the old monk poured a cup of tea for the young monk. When the tea was full, the old monk was still pouring it. The young monk said, "Master, the tea is full." The old monk then stopped.

The young monk asked the old monk, "Master, please give me some advice." The old monk said that I had already taught you. "

The little monk had to think hard, and finally one day he had an epiphany: If he didn't get rid of the old things, how could he accept the new things? If the tea cup is full, the old tea will not be poured, how can we add new tea?
