First of all, you need to pay attention to the teacher recruitment information that may appear in each place and each stage.

For students or people who do not have jobs, it is very valuable. After all, every time you have an opportunity, you may become an official staff member of the country. If you lose this opportunity, you may lose a job.

You still need to continue to study. Studying is a kind of continuous work. If you feel that it doesn’t matter to the position of a teacher, then you can study a little bit, and take the exam or have the opportunity to pass the exam, but studying hard is a good habit. Be able to develop a work attitude after joining the job, and the work method can satisfy you after joining the job, a behavior that serves education and teaching.

Third, it is very difficult to get a formal teaching position. We only refer to the proportion of teachers recruited by our local education authorities this year. The assessment of the official national staff is basically 10:1. This is a huge amount of data, and it is also a very difficult selection process. Therefore, every friend who is interested in being a teacher must work hard.

Obtaining a certificate is the first step. We still have a lot of work in the later stage and hope to continue learning.
