For many students, Chinese reading comprehension is a major difficulty. Today, we mainly summarize the words in Chinese reading comprehension.

How to solve the basic questions about words in Chinese reading comprehension? In addition to the usual accumulation, there are certain methods. I have summed up nine types of questions and solved them one by one according to the types of questions!

  1. Look at Pinyin and write words or words, look at words or words and write Pinyin.

This question is the most basic question. If the characters or pinyin cannot be written, there is almost no solution. However, here I still summarize a little trick of "what to do if you don't know how to write": for reading pinyin and writing words, there may be clues in reading short texts, you can read more, and sometimes remind yourself how to write. If you don't know the word "di", you can boldly guess that the word may read "di". In fact, just use this method to mask it, and you won't be able to write it anyway. If you get it right, won't you score? Remember not to leave the question blank, as long as you write it, it is possible to get it right!

  1. Choose the correct pronunciation.

Usually this word is a polyphonic word, so you can choose the correct pronunciation, such as fruitful fruit (lèi léi). How can I not do this kind of question? There is a trick, read it a few times, it sounds comfortable is generally right, the probability of choosing the right is very high, but it is not 100% correct, after all, I am not sure, and it is normal to write wrong.

  1. Compare and then form words.

This type of question is a group of words that are close to the shape. For example, "eye" and "qing" are close words. These two words are required. If you know how to form words, you can write them correctly. What if I don't know each other? The first trick is to look for it in the short text, it is possible to find it. The second trick is to write by feeling. If you write correctly, you will score points. If you write it wrong, it doesn’t matter. After all, you can’t write it.

  1. Polysyllabic words.

Each word in this type of question usually has 2-3 sounds. According to different pronunciations, the words are formed. Be careful not to write typos. For example, the word "tired" is a polyphonic word with three sounds, and it is required to form words separately. It’s better to be able to write, but what if you can’t write? The first trick is to find it in the short text, and it can usually be found. The second trick is to write by feeling.

  1. Fill in the appropriate words.

This type of question is to complete the words. Such as wide ( ), different ( ) and so on. Some are to write appropriate adjectives, verbs or nouns; some are to find appropriate words and fill in the blanks in the passage. Not what to do? The first trick is to look for it in the short text, it is possible to find it. The second trick is to write by feeling.

  1. Write synonyms and antonyms.

Synonyms are words that have similar meanings, and antonyms are words that have opposite or opposite meanings. It's easy to do it if you know how to write it, but it's very troublesome if you don't, but there is a way here. For writing synonyms, you can split the words into words, and then combine the words into words, read it yourself and feel it, and you can generally find the right word. For writing antonyms, you can add a "no" in front of the word, read it repeatedly, it is possible to find the right word. For example, what is the antonym of "strong", you can think about what "not strong" means, you may think of "thin", but to solve the fundamental problem, you have to lay a good foundation.

  1. Write the words as they are.

This type of question is to write AABC type, ABCC type, AABB type, ABAB type, ABAC type, ABB type and other words.

AABB type, ABAB type, ABAC type, ABB type are very simple, such as neat, adjusted, big and round, one only and so on. The AABC and ABCC styles need to be reserved in the brain, because they can’t be made up at will. What if you can’t write them? You can look for it in the short text, if you can't find it, you can only write it by feeling.

  1. Choose or write related words.

This type of question should choose or write relative words according to the meaning of the sentence, "not only...but if...then, although...but, because...so, both...and" etc. are more common. If you really can't write, you can only write by feeling, but these five must be remembered, the probability of appearing in the test questions is relatively large.

  1. Explanation of words.

There are two cases, one is to write words for meaning, and the other is to write meaning to words, usually the first one is mostly.

For words written according to their meanings, they can be found in short texts, and generally can be found, because the general test is for words in short texts. For the meaning of writing according to the word, it can be solved by the method of splitting words, connecting the context method, etc. For example, if you are relaxed and happy, you can use the word splitting method to split the word into four characters, and then form words or think about the meaning respectively. Think of it this way: the heart (heart mirror) is open (broad, open), the spirit (spirit) is pleasant (happy), and then the language is reorganized, that is, the mind is open and the mood is happy. Of course, it is difficult to be very accurate, as long as the meaning is close to it.

The above 9 questions are common questions in reading comprehension, they belong to the basic questions, practice and add the above methods and you will get twice the result with half the effort! If you have any questions about the word articles, please discuss in the comment area, and will summarize other question types and problem-solving methods in reading comprehension in the future.
