The manager of the company you left suddenly came to you and told you to go back to work. Will you go back?

Start by telling a story about a friend of a friend you heard.

In March, Abu resigned. A little impulsive and a little naive, he has been smart since he was a child, and has achieved little in the past two years. On the day of his resignation, he still posted on his Moments, sighing, "There are two worlds inside and outside the door, and the former colleagues who are smothering and grinding inside, Goodbye!"

Then he bought himself a plane ticket and went to the south to wander aimlessly, basking in the sun with his slippers on, very comfortable.

A month later, he came back.

Looking at the running water in the bank card that can't go in and out, waking up from the bed and looking at the empty parking space downstairs in the community, I slowly feel a little depressed. It seems that this busy city has nothing to do with him.

So, to cheer up, he began to carefully plan his resume, and he also agreed with himself three chapters: not to vote if he is more than 10 kilometers away from home, not to vote if he takes a single holiday, not to vote for long-term business trips, and not to vote if he does not have oil to supplement meals...

At the beginning everything was full of hope, but a week has passed and there is no response...two weeks have passed, and there have been few replies...three weeks have passed...

Abu began to compromise a bit, lowered his requirements, and waited for several interview invitations one after another.

I remember that two months ago, he still felt that "the company is not worthy of him, the sky will give me great responsibility, and my current job is a stumbling block for me, and I must remove it first." A bare potato was picked from place to place. One said it was not good-looking and was worthless, while the other said it was a little small and needed to be tempered.

In the third month, Abu became fat and puffy.

First, although a friend invited him to start a business together, Abu still did not dare; secondly, the work was still not implemented, which really hit his self-confidence.

The latter thing goes back to the title:

The manager of the company you left suddenly came to you and told you to go back to work. Will you go back?

Abu finally returned.

It's not that he can't work without the company, it's just a coincidence that the company lacks manpower, so the manager sent him a message and asked if he could take a part-time job and take a class?

In fact, Abu didn't go through formal resignation procedures at all because he was "too unrestrained". Afterwards, everyone turned a blind eye and said, "I'm on vacation", and the monthly salary for the previous month was halved.

When I contacted him the last time, I said to go to Abu and asked him if he was okay? He said that this time, "re-eating the grass" made him see several things clearly:

80% of people think highly of themselves. In fact, it is very likely that you are not as powerful as you think, so indispensable;

If you have time, enrich yourself more, don't have no weight when you are desperate;

If you want to say nothing, look at the money in your hand first. Anything without money is useless.

Abu's incident touched me quite a bit. Especially when he said that "it felt like I was back when I first entered society".

In fact, fresh graduates looking for a job, although they are selected, do not have such a "desolate" feeling. Anyway, everything has just begun, and every starting point is new. Only those who have already struggled in society can have the previous "contrast". As the saying goes, "without comparison, there is no harm".

When faced with "the former company asked you if you want to go back", the first reaction of many people should be:

A good horse does not eat grass.

After all, if you really need me, why did you guys go?

I found that my code is not commented, and the next person may come back to me when the salary requirements may be much higher than mine? There are no doors!

The reason for leaving, in Jack Ma's words, "The money is not given in place, and people are unhappy."

Counting what I have seen in the past few years, I can probably expand it:

no growth;

money is not available;

Money is in place, but treat people like dogs;

The plan is brilliant, and the moment is in a mess. (commonly known as painting big cake type)

"Have you grown?" is best placed first.

It is not impossible to endure hardships, but if your work is always busy, but the content is the same, not only can you not see the space to add value to yourself, but also can't see the time for you to rest, then it is hurting you.

Especially young people.

If you don’t grow for a year, you can maintain your current level for a while; if you don’t make progress in two or three years, the market will soon abandon you. Not earning enough money, but also overdrafting the body in advance, and delaying the experience of life, and finally being "laughed off", isn't this a terrifying thought?

Some people say that whether or not to return to the former company is the same as "whether to reunite with the ex", and three issues must be considered:

First, who takes the initiative?

Second, what was the reason for the separation? Has it been resolved?

Third, if we start over, what are the benefits and benefits?

Generally speaking, whoever takes the initiative will have more weight to speak, which will affect your future interpersonal relationships.

Of course, the active and passive can not only look at "who proposed", but "who retained". Similar to Abu's situation, although Abu offered to resign, he was not retained at the time, and he lost the right to speak about conditions afterwards.

As for whether the reason for leaving has been resolved, it has to do with how long you can stay after you "turn back".

Because a conflict erupts once, it will erupt a second time. Unless it is completely resolved, it will always be a hidden danger. This also shows the "sincerity" of the company in inviting you back.

I asked a divorced best friend why her ex-husband was still chasing her, but she had no intention of changing her mind at all. she says:

Her mother and I have different values, and we quarrel when we meet each other, but he will only be an old man, and he will be like mud when he encounters an accident. No matter how nice it sounds now, will it be the same next time when he encounters an accident?

I do agree with this.

There is a line in "Knowing":

Staying with people ultimately depends on the lowest point, and see if the lowest point can endure it. The lowest point is the lowest point of character.

It's like, whether a person is worth being a friend depends not on how good he can be when he is usually good, but how bad he can be when he is in conflict with others.

As for the benefits after returning home, there is an old saying: one cannot do business at a loss.

The workplace itself is the exchange of interests for the rule of law. Seize the opportunity to negotiate, don’t miss it.
