Don't insist on three jobs. If you are not yet 30 years old, it is a good thing to resign early.
Another friend told me that she quit.
This friend has a bit of personality, and is similar to making decisions very quickly. As long as you think about it, you will act immediately. This time, her resignation was also neat, and she said to me:
Because this job no longer gave her the motivation to get up, she felt disadvantaged even "going out in the rain", so she decided to leave two weeks ago.
Without much fanfare, I had a chat with the immediate leaders, arranged the handover work, agreed on a time, and completed it in 2 weeks.
On the last working day, I quietly packed my things, and I left work two hours late. I left a small gift for my close colleague and put it on their respective desks.
I left so quietly. As for the procedures for dealing with personnel, because the company is not big, I left a message to personnel on the first day of my resignation, and dealt with the social security relationship online.
The reason why I told me today was because I suddenly discovered that her circle of friends was active, and I left a message and asked: Busy man, why are you so free recently.
She just replied to me that it was because she left.
As for her reason, I can understand that she has no passion for her work. As for why there is no passion, it must be something that happened overnight, so I didn't ask much.
This made me think that sometimes you need to be "decisive" when dealing with work, just like identifying scumbags and scumbags. Since the ending has been predicted, it is a good idea to separate early.
- "In-house" managed companies or teams
With no mature management experience, or "thinking that management methods are very advanced", such companies and teams must be vigilant.
Management is very important for a company.
Some companies are very large, but the team leadership and management experience is insufficient, which can easily lead to complication of simple problems, which is very disadvantageous to employees; on the contrary, although some companies are small, even start-up companies, but their leaders have very mature management experience, then they When dealing with difficulties and crises, the odds are not guaranteed.
From my own point of view, when I meet someone who has no management ability, let alone being a subordinate, it is very tiring to get along.
As for how to identify, it's actually quite simple. You can check whether the salary is paid on time every month. If not, either the management is arbitrary, and the salary is all based on feeling, or the company's profitability has encountered problems and the cash flow is unstable.
In either case, it's best to get out as soon as possible.
- Too much work "intrigue"
To be honest, a healthy workplace should be divided into "a group of people working hard for the same goal". If the relationship between colleagues is complicated and they often fight within each other, there are usually the following situations:
First, on seniority.
Needless to say, this is usually a serious aging, and there is no advantage of "resources" and "background". It is difficult to make a difference just by doing things well, so do what you can, and don't work on porcelain without diamonds.
Second, the development space is single.
Why is there the most "infighting" in court dramas? Because the rising space of the concubines is fixed, they can only rely on the "emperor", which is a single-plank bridge. The so-called "cake is this big", if you eat more, I will take one less, so naturally they all stare at one place.
But the modern workplace, not to mention the development is very diverse, but at least there should be different spaces. Be wary if your current job has only one channel.
- Long overtime work
There are only two cases of working overtime for a long time. One is to treat people as machines and do assembly line work. This type of work calculates output by time, so when the amount of tasks increases, it is mostly solved by overtime, and in the most serious case, "three shifts".
There have been Foxconn jobs before, protesting because the factory "doesn't allow overtime."
Yes, overtime is not allowed. Because there were not many orders during that time, employees were not required to work overtime. However, the wages of employees are calculated based on the hours worked, and no overtime means no income.
This kind of work, if physical conditions allow, may be a little better than the "only overtime but no wage increase" work, and it is acceptable when there are not many skills, at least fair.
But the disadvantage is: there is no room for value-added.
After doing it for one year and ten years, I can't see the difference in experience growth, just repeating the experience of one year for 10 rounds.
The other is that the work needs do not match their own abilities. When you first enter the workplace, you are in a learning mentality. You can accept "overtime" for a certain period of time, but you must set a time limit for yourself, that is, is this "long time" one month, three months, or half a year? Depends on your current situation.
Suppose it is a new job, considering learning some new content, adapting to the new environment, and agreeing to "work overtime" for one month, then when the month is up and you find that you "can't work without overtime", you have to start over. Check it out, look at this problem objectively, and analyze whether it is "job requirements" or "work ability", which needs to be adjusted. Then I'm thinking about how to adjust and where to start.
