We might as well start from some small aspects, such as love to work, speak civilized, reliable work and so on.

You will gradually realize the benefits that these good reputations bring to you. Your good reputation and popularity will make you do things very smoothly and get twice the result with half the effort. Make you happy every day.

In this way, we can report the whole thing clearly in the shortest possible language. And leaders will grasp the current state of the problem through these three elements. I believe this way of reporting will leave a deep and good impression on the two. Leaders must also like this way very much.
