  1. Establish a dedicated information database

In our daily work and life, we are exposed to a lot of information, which seems to be disorganized and clueless. In fact, these information can become our resources, effective resources. We can use the directory method to build an information base. There are many cloud notes similar to the Internet and mobile phones, which are no longer recommended and can be used. Work information can be sorted by time and content, as well as life information. For example, life-related information, if you know a small coup in life or a recipe, you can directly include it. For example, when reading a book and encountering a good story, if you have a feeling, you can directly include it in your reading notes and attach your own feeling. This is the material you can use for your own writing in the future. For another example, if you have an occasional inspiration, you will directly receive the inspiration catalogue, and after it is perfected, it will be classified into other categories.

After the information database is established, it is necessary to insist on improving and sorting out. Summarize it every once in a while to see if it needs to be improved and cleaned up. Just like a supermarket owner who needs to take stock of his goods on a regular basis, replenish and update them in a timely manner.

  1. Focus on one thing

Due to the multitude of tasks, especially the grass-roots staff, many people carry out multiple tasks at the same time, which is unscientific. Thought that time and energy can be saved, in actual operation, mistakes or omissions are likely to occur, resulting in reduced work results. Some people use the subway time to read dozens of books a year, exercise their writing skills, and publish articles; some people learn spoken English in walking time and can express English fluently. These kinds of things are more common.

We should count and arrange the fragmented time and make full use of it. Assign different goals and tasks according to the situation and the length of time. For example, for a large period of time, it can be used to read books and read some profound articles or books. For a short time, read short information or think about small problems at work, and record them in time. It is also possible to decompose the large tasks in the work, and use the small fragments of time to overcome them one by one, and finally complete the overall task.
