13 Tips to Improve Employee Quality and Learning Awareness at Work

The methods for business leaders to improve the quality of employees are not limited to actual formal education and training, but should also guide employees to learn to think, teach them to learn in the environment, and improve their subjective initiative.

  1. Have employees regularly attend meetings they don’t normally attend;

  2. Organize activities to train employees' thinking and observation skills;

  3. Let your team members observe on the spot how you handle customer problems, how to hold formal reporting meetings, how to work and go around and see the management;
