The interviewer asked Xiao Sun: Are you willing to work overtime for the company for free? Such a sentence is quite blatant. Even if some companies have such an idea, they often use some other methods to make this so-called free overtime more rational.

But this company didn't, and they asked straight to the point, as if to predict the bottom line of the employees. Xiao Sun smiled and told the interviewer: of course. Can we interview now? The interviewer was very happy, and then the two sides sat down and talked.

At the end, the interviewer happily asked Xiao Sun: Do you have any expectations for your future salary? Xiaosun told the interviewer: I don't have any expectations for my future salary. The company doesn't have to pay me at all. I pay the company back, and I just want this job.

After listening to this, the interviewer's smiling face suddenly froze, then pointed at Xiao Sun and said, "Aren't you joking with me?" Xiao Sun said: Yes, I was just joking with you. When you said free overtime just now, weren't you kidding me? There was a draw between us.

The interviewer's face was very ugly after hearing this, so he threw Xiao Sun out and told him: I'm sorry, you are not suitable for our company.

Workplace Apocalypse

In the workplace, some bosses tend to have crooked thoughts, including but not limited to allowing company employees to work unrestricted overtime, but some bosses are very skilled. To what extent are they superb? It is better to hold a meeting or give praise to employees in the first 5 minutes of get off work, which may seem to delay others on the surface.

Please note that the interviewer did not ask you to work overtime, he just asked you to complete this task before going to work tomorrow morning. But after the interviewer finished saying this, doesn't this mean that we have to work overtime?

We call such a boss an immoral boss, so what should we do when we encounter such a thing? The easiest way is to collect evidence, and then go to labor arbitration directly, but in addition, we can’t help but think: Can’t employees see through such a method and such a routine as the boss of the company?

If an employee sees through and is willing to work for the company, is he highly motivated? If you treat employees as if their IQs are almost zero, the employees may fool their bosses. If the boss fools the employees, the employees fool the boss. Once the positive feedback system between the two parties is formed, the enterprise will inevitably go downhill.

Therefore, we recommend that employees should actively resist when they encounter such a situation, and raise objections as soon as possible. As long as we put forward our personal opinions at the first time, we can safeguard our own interests in the short term. But these are also tricky, individual ways of making recommendations:

The first: we can talk to the boss directly in private, and tell the boss: this method is very unfair and inappropriate. You let employees work overtime and don’t pay them for overtime. The employees may be fine at first, but they are actually doing things that are not conducive to the development of the company.

The first time is no problem, the second time is no problem, after a long time, I am afraid that even the employees will not care about you, so what will you do in this situation? We can tell employees through some verbal expressions: the boss has some risks in doing this, and at the same time tell the boss, if you really ask me to do this, I will collect the corresponding evidence, and once the evidence is collected, You can't take advantage of labor arbitration.

Method 2: Just go directly to labor arbitration. But we don't recommend taking this road directly, it is very likely to narrow the road. In the beginning, we could have private talks and private negotiations, and if the negotiation is not in place, we can apply for labor arbitration.
