Why do many rich people still work?

When I was chatting with my colleagues, I found a very realistic thing. It seems that everyone is very concerned about the issue of money. Most people seem to be racing against time, and only a few people have made effective efforts.

A large part of these people are under pressure in life, while some people are not short of money and have no pressure in life, but they still choose to go to work.

Colleagues said dissatisfiedly that if they had 10 million, they would choose to say goodbye to work and lie down all day. The editor smiled and asked: Which boss have you seen lying at home?

So with these well over 10 million people, why do they work? How will they work?

In our imagination, the working state of the rich may be reckless. They do not care too much about their own income, and are more willing to give and give. Compared with material gains, making people around you happy and comfortable can give them a sense of accomplishment.

The more a man sees, the richer he seeks. In the comparative level of "rich", no one stands on the top spire, they all have the next mountain to cross. The difference is that they have achieved freedom of work one step ahead, and we are still on the way.

For some people who seem to be rich, I don't discuss it, because they only seem to have a bright appearance, others think they are rich, but for people who are really rich, the meaning of work lies in spiritual satisfaction. The essence of human nature is to never be satisfied. Only by never being satisfied can we make social progress and the development of the times. Because we are not satisfied with riding a carriage, we have cars, trains, planes, etc. Because of dissatisfaction, various technologies have developed and progressed. It is because of dissatisfaction that the poor will become rich, and then become local tyrants, and finally evolve into rich people. When they become rich, they may need more power, or realize their ideals, or even change the whole world. This process is to continue to pursue, to achieve the goal, not satisfied with the status quo and continue to improve.

There is a saying on the Internet: If it is not forced by life, who wants to be talented. In fact, it is just a joke. When the needs of survival are truly met, spiritual pursuit is a very important factor.

According to Maslow's theory of needs, when lower-level needs are met, there will be higher-level pursuits.

After some people seem to be rich, their circles are different, and the objects of comparison are different. The rich are all super rich, you have 10 million, and others have 100 million, so you still feel poor. People are thinking about buying a private jet, so why don't you think about buying a sports car? Driving a BMW every day is not like that, right?

Secondly, in addition to the comparison of money, the comparison of company scale and future development is also an invisible pressure. Some entrepreneurs are purely fighting for their dreams. They hope to change the industry ecology and influence more people through their own efforts, which has nothing to do with making money. They even hope that the money they earn can be used for charity, so that more families and more users can benefit. He believes that he has a responsibility to do better for this enterprise, and he also shoulders a responsibility to this society.

You think they're rich, but they don't think they're rich enough.
