  3. There is no threshold for the position, and it is the same for anyone who does it. The positions of employees have no technical content, require low skills, and cannot create value. Employees in such positions may also consider leaving.

In extreme cases, if the attitude of the big leader is really like this, no matter who he is, including the company's top management. It shows that this company is dominated by a big leader who controls all decision-making power. The entire company except itself is a tool - tools with different prices, no talents, only consumables, find a good opportunity to flash people.

Only you improve your abilities and strive to make yourself irreplaceable. No one else would dare to treat you with this attitude. So when you encounter such a company, weigh your own substitutability and cost-effectiveness.

A good leader is to stimulate the potential of employees, not to discourage employees' self-confidence and enthusiasm. Think about it, for the same salary of 5,000 yuan, if you inspire employees to use 120 points of their potential, it is better than hitting employees with 60% of their ability to deal with you. A leader who speaks like this, the art of leadership is worrying. If this is only said to a certain employee, the employee needs to reflect on himself. This situation has to be viewed in two ways.

Of course, in some small private companies, many bosses do not grow up because they have this mentality: if I pay you a salary, you have to work hard to create value, and if you don’t work hard, you will be eliminated immediately. A wise boss regards wages as investment and employees as the driving force for growth. While achieving employees, they can also achieve enterprises and their own careers. All successful entrepreneurs have such a concept of talent. The core culture of corporate culture is the talent culture. If the big leaders have such a talent culture, this kind of enterprise will not grow up. You treat your employees as eating and drinking your food, you support them, and they are flesh and blood.
