To be honest, although we do have some dissatisfaction with some of the company's systems, sometimes If I can’t control it, I will complain to my friends, but I hope these are positive complaints, which can calm my depressed heart, and then have the motivation to go on a journey. If you exude negativity all the time, form gangs, establish your own small circle, and then create a viral effect, I believe your life will be like this, it is purely a public opinion maker.

Second, the strong sense of belonging to the enterprise is an important factor in deciding whether to stay short or long;

Never speak ill of the company, neither face to face nor behind the scenes, this is very important. The reason why so many companies, especially large companies, attach so much importance to the cultivation of corporate values ​​is that when you agree with the values ​​of the company and identify every decision the company has discussed, then you will be more determined to implement and implement it, because You are loyal to all of this enterprise, willing to put in your own efforts, and have no regrets. Of course, things like working atmosphere, getting along with colleagues, leadership opinions, opportunities for personal growth, and how big the stage for ability to develop also greatly affects one's sense of belonging. It is rude to say that since I changed leaders three times in the first half of the year, my heart has really cooled. You can say that the company has made adjustments based on the current environment, but what I absolutely cannot accept is the rhythm of frequent changes. I personally think that how much a person has a good opinion of his superiors also determines how much he has a good opinion of the company. I believe this is also the reason why many people resign and leave.

Article 3: We can be a little worse in other abilities, but we must be able to learn.

People, wherever you go, you must have a studious heart and a strong desire to study. Colleagues can teach you, and leaders can guide you, but the real growth lies in whether you take the initiative, otherwise it will be useless to teach you no matter how professional and good people are. Colleagues should take a longer view when they learn. In this age-changing society, few people can stay in a company until retirement. Because either you are not suitable for the development of the company and are abandoned, or the stage of the company has been unable to meet your ability to play. So you need to take a long-term view, because the company you are in right now and what you are doing now can teach you the skills that the next company and the next project may need.

Fourth, the company can give itself a sense of crisis from time to time, so that it can recognize itself and change itself after deep thinking;

A company that allows you to work with a stable mind at all times is not a good company, because it is like boiling a frog in warm water. When the external environment changes drastically, that is when you will be eliminated. In the one year since I joined the company, I have always felt a sense of crisis. On the one hand, my expectations are still a little high, and I hope to become a superior person; on the other hand, I have encountered a major change in the company, and various layoffs Changing the guard, I was really scared at that time, because as a college student who had been employed for less than half a year, what capital or ability could I have to escape this change. In the end, perhaps it was because of the hard work during that time that the mentor and everyone could see it, and I was fortunate enough to stay. Of course, staying means you have to take on more work and take on more responsibilities. But unabashedly good, when you can do the work of three or four people and do it well, your ability will be proven and your growth will be reflected in your external behavior. Recently, the sense of crisis has come again. The quality of the completion caused by the excessive workload has become a shadow in my heart. I am especially afraid that these results will be caused by my lack of ability. Therefore, I am often in a crisis, and I need to constantly reflect and summarize myself, otherwise I will easily be mentally overwhelmed instead of physically exhausted. Of course, the hard work is the important reason behind all this persistence.

Article 5, don't use the excuse that you don't like the job, it may just be your own incompetence;

What I am most afraid of is that when I am tired, I will always put on a pose, I can't do it, these jobs are not what I like. In fact, in the end, I just didn't dare to face the hard work, but I still got a bad result. I don't remember a piece of chicken soup I read in an article that said: Don't be afraid that your dream will not come true even if you work hard, the scenery you see on the road, people who don't work hard don't even have the chance to see it. Indeed, it is only convincing that we realize that it is only when we do one thing well and then come back and say that we don't like it.

Most of us so-called liking or ability are based on what we are good at. If we don’t like it, we are not good at it. , the stronger you are, the more options you have. So only by doing what you don't like can you have the opportunity to choose what you really like. Besides, which part of the job in which company you completely like, if you choose this job but complain about not like it every day, why don't you change it? Not because you have nowhere to go.

Article 6: Always keep a curious mind, keep a young mind, and keep looking forward to the future;

I am afraid of challenging work all the time, because it will instantly expose my own shortcomings and my incompetence, but I am more afraid of stability, because stability means that a person is content with the status quo and no longer progresses, no longer has a sense of urgency and A sense of mission, no longer curious about anything, and will not try those new things consciously or unintentionally.
