Interested in choosing a career, right?

In recent years, there is a point of view that has become more and more well-known, which is: a person who engages in work that interests him will do well and develop better!

The starting point of this point of view is to say that when a person does something he is interested in, he will devote himself wholeheartedly, work hard, and do well. It is true that this statement has some truth, but it cannot be generalized. First of all, You must be able to do what you are interested in, okay? For example, I liked to play football since I was a child. When I was in school, I didn’t want to skip school too much in order to play football. However, I didn’t make a name for myself until I played in college. I played occasionally after work, and now I basically change to play football. Watching the ball, hehe! It can be seen from this that interest does not mean that you can make a career!

So when is the right career to be interested in? In fact, it's very simple. I need to add something to my interest. What is it? It is talent. A person will always have a lot of things that interest you, but not many can do well. If you do something better than the average person, then this is called talent. For example: I have a My friend, she loved to read and write articles since she was in school, and she wrote very well. Every article she wrote would be read aloud by the teacher as a model essay. Later, she was admitted to the civil service and entered the secretarial department of the government. Well, it became a pen for the unit, and within a few years, I was promoted to the chief of the secretary section! For her, her writing interest + talent has enabled her to exert herself in the position where writing talent is most needed, so she naturally develops very well! It can be seen from this that it is not enough to have only interest in doing things. Only if you have the talent to do this thing, can you develop a career that makes you do better than the average person, and can have a good development!

So, if you want to have a good career development, work hard to find your talented interests!
