This stage belongs to the growth stage and is very important for the development of sales personnel. If this stage cannot grow smoothly, it will greatly limit their sales career. The further development of the career, in fact, many sales will stop there. This stage not only requires sales personnel to have various professional knowledge of the industry, but also has a good understanding of the situation in the industry, such as all the information of all competitors in the market: price, product, advantages and disadvantages, etc., also need to have skilled At this stage, the relationship with the customer is a friend, so signing a contract with a customer, placing an order, and making a payment is basically no problem!

The third layer, sales experts/consultants: generally refer to the senior salespeople who have worked in sales for at least 5 years. In addition to possessing all the capabilities of sales experts, they also have a better understanding of the general trend of economic development, are familiar with the country's industry-related policies and regulations, and can learn from policies and industries.
