In a company, employees are the primary productive force, but the future of the company is in the hands of the leaders.

Therefore, whether the leadership is incompetent is particularly important.

Learning to trust your subordinates is also a key to management.

The second manifestation: dictatorship, self-righteousness

The more incompetent the leader, the more arrogant, self-righteous, and feeling that he is always right.

Over time, it will become a particularly dictatorial person. Even if the employee has a very good opinion, it will not be accepted.

They may even be suppressed by leaders for showing extraordinary talent.

In ancient times, kings who did not listen to advice were often regarded as "stunned kings". If it is put into the management of the workplace, the same is true.

When the monarch runs the country, the country will perish, the leadership will be incompetent, and the team will be scattered.

Therefore, when a leader learns to take advice widely, listen to the opinions of others, brainstorming is always better than a person's thinking and cognition.

The third manifestation: jealous of the talent of employees

Incompetent leaders don't think about how to lead the team well and how to create higher performance for the company, but always think about office politics.

For example, which people are useful to you, which employees are outstanding, will become a threat to you in the future, and you must find ways to eliminate hidden dangers.

The more you can't accommodate the leadership of excellent employees, the team will only be a mess, and there is no combat effectiveness at all.

Because the members of the team are all worse people than the leaders, how can it be possible to make achievements.

When choosing a leader, you must find someone with a broad mind, otherwise, not only will you be suppressed, you may even be unable to stay in the company.
