When people are left out, remember there are three things not to do and three things to say

In the workplace, it takes a lot of effort to really get along with leaders. There are many details we need to pay attention to, especially the whistleblower work and advice. We must follow these basic principles, not all advice, not all, not all reporting. We must have a good manners and measure. Many people were arrested by the leaders and even pushed out because of some inappropriate suggestions. When they reported work, they said some things that should not have been said, causing misunderstandings, and even causing people around them to attack them, which brought them a lot of trouble. We still have to be in awe, or we must take it seriously.

There are three things you can't do

(1) Right or wrong is not reported.

The so-called right and wrong means that you should not do anything about your work process. What you do is right, what others do is wrong. artificially separate them. As long as your grades meet the leadership's requirements, you have reached your goals, and you have fulfilled your responsibilities, use work reporting as a way to show your achievements to your leaders, as a way to communicate with your leaders, usually "yes" or "no" , which is your core work secret, as well as the basic core skills you have summed up by yourself. After reporting these things, you will find that when the leader wants to replace you, other people will be arranged, so you should pay attention to the reporting work.

(2) Not reported.

This is also a concern when reporting to leadership. We can't make things too smooth. Provide timely feedback on some problems encountered during the process. Therefore, in the reporting work, we must put forward some conditions to the leaders, put forward some resources that need to be allocated, and put forward some problems that the leaders can solve by themselves. The report went smoothly and nothing happened. In the end, you'll find that your leadership's expectations of you will get higher and higher. In the end, you can't meet the expectations of your leaders and your job will become increasingly difficult.

(3) There is no report at the bottom.

We work at the grassroots level. We are very aware of a lot of information at the bottom, which is also very much needed by leaders. But keep in mind that sometimes the information at the bottom is very inaccurate. It represents the extreme thoughts of the individual, and even some negative thoughts. These ideas are not mainstream. When you report this information to the leader, the leader will tend to you from a sexual point of view, you think the information is made up by you, your intention is not good, and your purpose is not simple. At that time, it will cause the leaders to doubt themselves, but it will bring more trouble. Therefore, we still have to look at reporting to the leadership from a higher level and perspective, and should not involve similar things.

2 don't say anything

(1) Don't tell the truth about the details of the work - the more details you tell, the more mistakes you make and the better your chances of being caught by the leader. If the result is good, there won't be too many problems. If the result is not good, the leader will hand these things over to you. Remember your results, there are no good odds. After all, the leader's requirements must be far from your standard of judgment, and most people can't meet the leader's requirements.

(2) Don't tell the truth about demand levels - leaders don't want to give you a raise. It's not that you didn't get a raise, it's that you don't deserve that much money. So learn to make demands with strength and action, not delusions.

Everyone hopes that leaders can take care of themselves, take care of their treatment, the salary they hope to get, and the direction of future promotion. Remember, your expectations must be based on the company's overall interests and climate. Before making a plan, you should know some basic procedures. Don't give them until you don't know. If the leader makes too many demands, you are testing his patience.

(3) Don't tell the truth about the opinion of the leader, and don't have an opinion about the leader. If you have any comments, please don't try too hard.

No matter how sincere the leader's attitude is, when asking for the leader's opinion, he can't say anything casually. In fact, if you dare to put forward the opinion of the leader, it means that you really have an opinion on the leader. How can a leader take care of you if you say you have a good opinion of your leader every day? If you don't knock you down and elevate yourself, that's fine.
