  1. What are the foreseeable difficulties you have with this work?

Answer tips: ① It is not advisable to directly state the specific difficulties, otherwise it may make the other party suspect that the applicant is not good enough. ②You can try roundabout tactics and express the applicant's attitude towards difficulties - some difficulties in the work are normal and unavoidable, but as long as there is perseverance, good cooperation spirit, and careful and sufficient advance preparation, any difficulty can be overcome.

Analysis: Generally, when this question is asked, the interviewer has a higher hope, because they are already discussing the details of the work, but the answer in the conventional way of thinking has been "deceived" by the interviewer again. When the interviewer asks this question, there are two purposes. First, look to see if the candidate is good at speaking out if the difficulty is something that is generally unavoidable in the role. Second, I want to see if the applicant's method of solving difficulties is correct, and whether the company can provide such resources. Rather than trying to understand the candidate's attitude toward difficulty.
