As long as you have the 5C ability in the workplace, you can at least be invincible

I have seen many slogans posted on the walls of companies, such as: Striver-oriented; winners find ways, losers find excuses; there is only one failure, that is to give up halfway, etc. Most of them are words of encouragement and chicken soup.

However, team managers or employees themselves do not have a specific cognition, and generalized words, except to increase some resistance, have little positive effect.

I have always believed that companies and managers should specifically tell employees how to be excellent, motivated, and helpful for career development, instead of talking empty words and painting big cakes. If employees of a company can clearly know where their core values are and how to continuously improve themselves, at least it shows that the company has truly cultivated people and is responsible for employees.

Combined with years of workplace experience, I personally feel that if an employee has good abilities in the following five aspects, no matter what company or position he is in, he will be a highly valued person.

Point 1: Confidence - Confidence

Confidence consists of two aspects, confidence in work and confidence in life. I have never seen a person who is unconfident and sluggish get things done. Once employees have confidence, they will inspire enthusiasm for their work and go all out to do a good job in their careers.

In the case of confidence, a person will have a correct understanding of his own ability, will not easily admit defeat when encountering setbacks, will have the courage to constantly challenge difficulties and climb peaks, and believe that he is a very good quality.

The second point: Competence - ability

Ability also includes two aspects: work ability and learning ability. Only continuous learning can enrich work experience and improve your work ability. On the other hand, excellent work ability is exercised in the learning process of keeping pace with the times and constantly absorbing new knowledge.

If a person is complacent and only stays on the current work ability, without learning and progress, once encountering new opportunities, it is very likely that he will not be able to grasp it, thus falling behind or even being eliminated.

The third point: Communication - communication

At work, being able to communicate is really, really important. A good communicator can not only improve your work efficiency, but also save time for the other party.

Now more and more companies pay attention to the communication skills of employees, and the proportion of assessment has accounted for more than 60%, which is especially important for those who want to enter management positions. Therefore, how to communicate effectively and properly express one's own views and opinions has become one of the factors for success in the company and even in society.

Fourth point: Creation - creation

I believe that the vast majority of companies have emphasized creativity. After entering the 21st century, people with creative thinking are particularly popular. Only with creativity can we improve efficiency and create higher value on the existing basis.

There is no immutable thing, the times are always developing and progressing. If you want to become outstanding, you must be able to create, instead of being a follower, you can only be arranged and explained, which is not a good phenomenon after all.

Fifth point: Cooperation - cooperation

It can be said that the more successful people are, the more they know how to cooperate, and collectives and teams are indispensable forces. No matter how strong one's personal ability is, after all, time and energy are limited, so those who can cooperate can more easily use the wisdom and strength of others to make themselves less detours and less effort, so that they can achieve success faster.
