Do you feel tired every day, don’t get enough sleep, feel that the work pressure is too much, and always talk about “tired heart”?

Come on, test how sleepy you are~

Ask yourself the following questions and rate them on a scale of 1 (never) to 5 (always). With reference to the criteria after the question, you can assess the severity of your late sleep procrastination.

  1. I went to bed later than I wanted to.

  2. If I have to get up early, I will go to bed early.

  3. Usually when it's time to go to bed I'm doing other things.

  4. If it is time to turn off the lights at night, I will turn off the lights immediately.

  1. When I want to go to bed, I am easily attracted to other things.

  2. I have a regular bedtime.

  3. I didn't go to bed on time.

  4. When it's time to go to bed, I can easily end other activities.

  5. I want to go to bed but I just don't.

Calculation method : The score of questions 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 is your grade score. Questions 2, 4, 6, and 8 are scored in reverse order of scale, i.e. 1 (almost never) is 5 points and 5 (always) is 1 point. When you have completed all the questions, add up the points for each question and divide by 9 to calculate the average score for each question. From the statistical results, a person's average score increases by 1 point, the sleep time will be reduced by about half an hour.

Let's face it - whether we don't get enough sleep and stress is a matter of our own choices, and we can choose and control the time of our lives. The next time you habitually procrastinate sleep, ask yourself what kind of life you want, stop, do three minutes of mindful breathing, and be aware of the urge to "rush forward" in your heart.

Remember to go to bed early today, good night.
