So what exactly is work? Why is the recruitment information of the company flying all over the sky, and the candidates think that there is no job to do, and the job is so hard to find?

Work is productive labor, whether it is mental or physical labor, so that N occupations have evolved, and people are engaged in different jobs according to different environments and different times.

So in essence, there is no distinction between high and low jobs. The key is to see what kind of job is suitable for when. Whether it is entrepreneurship, art, or working in an enterprise or institution, it is all work.

So there are so many unemployed people today, does it mean that there is no job to do now, and what does the unemployment rate represent? Personally, I think unemployment is self-determined.

For example, the risk of starting a business is too great, the manual labor is too tiring, the sales force cannot bear the pressure, the salary of the clerk is too low, the technology is too difficult to learn, the management ability is not equipped, etc., so there are tens of millions of jobs, but there is always no suitable one .

If these people are included in the unemployment category, the unemployment rate will indeed be very high, just as the average wage has been criticized for a long time.

Of course, when it comes to occupational counterparts or national operating policies, some unemployment rates are more reliable.

Unable to find a job is related to two reasons:

First: can not find self-professional positioning

Failing to find a job is not without a job, but more because there is no clear workplace positioning for oneself, such as some of the reasons above, leading to confusion about the career.

Many people look for a job in one sentence. They live less and make more money. They don’t want to bear much pressure and want to get a high salary. But if there is such a job, whoever wants to open a company should go to work.

The most important thing in finding a job is career positioning, and then make career planning according to your own positioning, and figure out what you need most at the moment, such as money, promotion platform, favorite position, etc. Remember, you can’t have both. Of course, if you can meet a completely suitable one, it is naturally the best.

For example, in a technical position, even if the salary is lower in the early stage, it is good to get started. Otherwise, if you go to an unrelated position because of the salary, after a few years, the work experience and ability obtained will still be zero, which will not help your career planning.

I am not clear about my position, looking for a job aimlessly, I just want to look for a relaxed and high-level position, not to mention whether I can find a job, even if I find it, an easy position is basically useless for the improvement of one's own ability, and an alternative. Work is more precarious.

In the past, it would only consume one's own youth, but now companies recruit, the grass-roots positions will be set up at the age of 28, and the management will be set up at the age of 35. If you don't reach the manager level at the age of 35, basically many companies will no longer hired.

Second: no understanding of workplace salary

University graduates are most often described as high-skilled and low-skilled. A survey once found that employees who have worked for about two years expect a lower salary than those who have no work experience. The main reason is that,

People who have worked for two years have a better understanding of the workplace and the salary levels of various positions. However, the candidates are affected by the environment, especially the average salary on the Internet. They think that the salary level should be like this, not really.

The reason for the lack of understanding of workplace salaries is that due to the asymmetry of information, candidates cannot better understand the local salary level. Unless they rely on continuous interviews to understand, they will also lose many good employment opportunities.

The determination of corporate salary is not exactly as written in the recruitment brochure. It can be high or low, and more is determined according to the ability of the interviewee. After all, it is for survival, and the company will not pay a high salary to hire a person who does not create much value.

In general, don't blur the definition of work, it will only waste your time, so it is best to have a clear idea and understand what you want. If you have a clear idea, spend two or three months to find a job. Work is also worth it.

Therefore, it is not difficult to find a job. What is difficult to find is the job in your heart, and the job in your heart needs to be implemented in order to reflect the real value and to be truly responsible for your future.
