Getting together once is a luxury.

In the eyes of outsiders, the children of the first family are definitely shining lintels with infinite beauty, and they are a model for many people to educate their children; the second family is one of many ordinary families, and it is invisible to the crowd.

But who can understand the long-awaited expectations of the parents of the first family, the loneliness at night, and the helplessness of not having children around when something happens. At this time, the definition of success may be certain, but who can tell the definition of happiness.

My education is a junior college, and many thresholds are out of reach, but there will also be many opportunities. I don’t envy or lament. Just find your own position and work hard. Step by step from ordinary staff to management, I never think that my ability is low. As long as I am willing to exercise myself, I will get the best life.

I am currently recruiting, and I want to recruit a HRBP who has basic personnel functions, but also shoulders the responsibility of business promotion. It is a semi-management position, especially with my own experience. It can be cultivated, but in the past two months, there is no suitable person to join.

The main reason is that nowadays people are afraid of this position, of lack of ability, afraid of being unable to bear the pressure, and some of them do not look at the position. I am talking about the function of the position, while the other party is talking about the salary and benefits. It seems that it does not matter what the position is, the money is in place. That's fine. Of course, I understand that compensation and benefits are the foundation of an employee, but ability is the capital of compensation and benefits. How can people who don't even know the job function get a high salary?

Business owners, in particular, are completely polarized, with high and low education accounting for the number of colleges, while those in the middle are unknown. That is because when people can get a certain benefit, they are unwilling to engage in high-risk industries. Highly educated people will also start businesses because of their vision and other relationships.

Therefore, education is not a stumbling block to stand out, nor an obstacle to realizing self-worth. There are two things that can’t be said. First, what is our definition of getting ahead? Second, those who really achieve great things depend on their ambition, thinking, and perseverance.

Education does not represent ability. No matter what kind of education, there are successful people, and there are those who break through obstacles through their own efforts. There is no need to belittle yourself.
