I applied for the job a few years ago in July 2017. As soon as I joined the company, I took over the production department as a manager and took full responsibility for production management.
Looking back on the four years since I joined the company, I have gone from a product novice to a simple classification of thousands of product series; from the ever-changing and complex production process to the familiarity of production process management; from the confusion of the production business to the production plan The management is easy to handle; ...; along the way, it is very hard and very successful, and has been recognized by the boss and colleagues.

In fact, every person in the workplace is the same. To a certain extent, the growth of your personal career is not due to your own ability, but a good corporate environment has contributed to your growth.
Just like a seed, it can only germinate and grow in suitable soil.
In terms of my personal conditions, I have served in a number of enterprises of various sizes, from the mainland to the coast, from the Pearl River Delta to the Yangtze River Delta, in my career for more than 30 years. Although my career spans such a wide span of time and space, I have always insisted on serving manufacturing companies, and I have always been engaged in management positions. Over the years of work experience, I have accumulated rich management experience, mastered various tools and skills of production-oriented enterprise management, and explored a set of effective methods and paths for enterprise management, which has improved the essence of enterprise management. With a deeper understanding, we can handle and deal with various uncertainties in the operation and management of different enterprises with ease.
All of this is a rare treasure in a person's life. And it is with these precious wealth that I have accumulated over the years that I have achieved that no matter where I go, I can still gallop in the workplace and give full play to my expertise.
With many years of workplace management experience, I have a strong interest and preference for management work, and management has become my only specialty. In actual work, I also used my expertise to the extreme, and achieved great work results.
