In a word, the organization loses control of the team, so the power of the immediate boss is limited to the right of recommendation, evaluation, work arrangement, information transmission, and other non-rigid powers. As for management, it is necessary to establish sufficient deterrent power, which makes it difficult for small leaders to manage, so they have to use various small actions and small means to force subordinates to obey their own orders and arrangements, which will show a very strong dark. If it is a big leader, if you are directly fired or transferred, you will not have time to be dissatisfied, or you will leave without knowing the reason, and you will not be able to gather enough anger. So many people hate their bosses.

  1. Insufficient ability

There is no great man in the eyes of servants, especially the immediate boss. They work together every day. Everyone's working ability is very clear to each other. Yes, this cannot establish enough technical prestige in the eyes of employees. Moreover, it was originally a team working together, each exerting their own strengths and complementing each other's development. Each member of the team has his own areas of expertise, and they all use their professional expertise to evaluate leaders. This is obviously inappropriate. Therefore, on the one hand, the leader's personal professional ability is insufficient, and on the other hand, it is relatively insufficient, which leaves an image of incompetence to the employees. Nothing is better than themselves, and there are mistakes everywhere. Such leaders are not worthy of respect. But have we thought about it, if this is so incompetent and unbearable, why not promote you but let you be the leader? To understand the strengths of others.

  1. Contradictory interests

The daily boss is to arrange work, and this job is fat or thin, difficult or easy, far and near, it is impossible to be completely fair, so employees will be very dissatisfied when they accept the task, and many times, the boss will In order to complete the instructions arranged by the superiors, I had to forcibly increase the code, constantly requiring everyone to complete the work within a specified time, and put the grievances of overtime on the immediate superiors, and after completing the tasks, the leaders did not give credit to everyone, but instead gave the mistakes. Find the person in charge to criticize, which makes everyone form the external image of him pushing the merits, and become Zhou Papi who squeezes everyone's achievements. He also does not have the right to directly issue bonuses to employees who have done well, and it is not convenient for him to apply for it, because this is the case. He invites credit for his subordinates to establish a personal favor, and the superiors are not willing to do so. Promotion is recommended, positions are limited, and capable people cannot leave, who will work if they leave?

Therefore, working at the grassroots level, in fact, is not qualified to choose any good leaders to follow. It is not that these people are not good, but the above three reasons make them unable to become good leaders in the eyes of employees. Don't think about exchanging anything with the leader first, only if you have done your job well, established authority for him and become his confidant, if he is promoted and gone, he will naturally take you, or you will take over this position. He doesn't go, basically, there is no reason for the people below to be brought up. As the employees at the bottom, we are not qualified to choose leaders. We can only do our best, have a good relationship with our immediate boss, pave the way for his promotion, and also pave the way for our own future. No one is so stupid that a leader who becomes his right-hand man, turns a blind eye, and relies on himself to accomplish his performance alone.
