Whether the leader wants to nurture you or cheat you depends on these three standards, I won't say you can't figure it out!

In the workplace, we have been emphasizing that technology is based on technology, and power is used to seek development. If you want to develop well and develop fast, you cannot do without the training of your leaders. It can be said that there are two completely different concepts to have a leader to train you and no leader to train you, just like you are still climbing the stairs, and others have already reached the elevator. Generally speaking, when a leader wants to train a person, he will investigate it, which is what we often call "loading the burden". To tell the truth, this burden is not easy to take, generally it is a very difficult task, and the failure rate is not small. Faced with this situation, many people are not sure, especially newcomers who have not been in the workplace for a long time, whether it is a burden that leaders want to cultivate themselves, or a trap task that leaders want to set up by themselves. It depends on the three standards, you can't figure it out without seeing it.

1. Judging from your relationship with the leader

With so many people in a unit, what kind of talents are qualified to be trained by leaders? Ability is one of them, but it is not the core element. The core still depends on your relationship with your leadership? If the relationship is harmonious and you have gained the trust of the leader, then the leader is cultivating you, putting a burden on you, and giving you an opportunity to show that you are subduing your mouth, but if your relationship with the leader is not harmonious, If you can't say a few words at ordinary times, then you should recognize the reality. Even if you are lucky enough to complete this task, you will not be further cultivated by the leaders.

2. Will it provide you with help and resources?

To judge the attitude of the leader towards you, at this time, we need to confirm through active testing, whether we want to train you or trap you in the trap task. Therefore, even if you have the ability and confidence to complete this task, you should take the initiative to find opportunities to report problems to the leader, seek help and guidance from the leader when reporting, or directly ask the leader for resources. The leader actually knows better than you whether the task is difficult or not. If he is willing to help you and provide you with the resources to complete the task, it largely wants you to succeed, which is to cultivate you.

3. If the task fails, will the leader be held responsible?

Usually one of the good leaders we say is whether they can take responsibility for their subordinates. However, you can't see it until the moment of the accident, and the leader will not say that it is your credit for doing well, and that the responsibility for failure is yours. In addition, many tasks are determined by their own attributes. It does not mean that your ability is strong, and you will be able to complete it with the support of the leaders. Furthermore, the resources and support provided to you may also be false, so it is necessary to distinguish clearly that it is leadership training. You still give you the trap task, it depends on whether the leader needs to take responsibility if the task fails, and whether he will have responsibility. Only in this way, when your interests and the leader's interests are directly linked, then the leader will not cheat you.

Therefore, when your relationship with the leader is not harmonious, and you have not gained the trust of the leader, let alone the inclination of the leadership resources, and the leader has no responsibility for the failure of the task, then this is basically a trap task, not training you. , Be sure to prepare in advance to avoid being pitted.
