There are three unspoken rules in the workplace. There are three ways for leaders to clean up their subordinates. The third one will hurt you the most!

In the workplace, leaders rarely use direct confrontation with subordinates who are disobedient and disgusting. One is that such a method is too low-level and lowers the leader's stature. Second, those who are barefoot are not afraid of wearing shoes. The sequelae of such a method are too great. Generally speaking, leaders usually use the method of wearing small shoes to clean up their subordinates, forcing you to leave voluntarily and making you speechless. There are three ways to wear small shoes:

1. Fatigue method

For those who offend the leader, the leader will say nothing on the surface, and will continue to arrange various jobs for you behind the scenes. The dirtier the job, the more tiring the job will make you do. It is said that those who are capable work harder. Picking the time to call you, let you report a job, let you make a report and so on. . . Find another reason for you to work overtime on weekends. If one day you can't stand the outbreak, it means that your work attitude has a problem, and the leader just has an excuse to punish you aboveboard.

2. Marginalization

Apart from work, I don't have any contact with you, I don't say a word, and everything is businesslike. The next step is not to let other people interact with you, let everyone keep your distance from you, and let you be slowly isolated. In the end, nothing is told to you, watching other people busy there, while one person has nothing to do, leaving you to fend for yourself. Needless to say, whether to stay or leave, you should make plans early!

This is where leadership is wise. First, it can avoid pressing the other side, causing both parties to lose; second, using this method can not only take care of other people's emotions, avoid appearing too cold-blooded, but also preserve each other's face.

Three, trap method

The most damaging is the trap method. For example, the leader put it nicely to train you and give you an important task. But often such tasks are beyond your ability, and once you do it, you will inevitably be incompetent and make mistakes. You made a mistake, are you afraid that you have no excuse to clean up?

Another, you don't need leaders to do it yourself, and recommend you to work under people who don't deal with you. Do you think you will have good fruit to eat? You can't wear small shoes every day, and then you can't stand it yourself.

As for the tricks of these leaders to clean up people, everyone must identify them as soon as possible so that they can make early plans. What I am most afraid of is that I don't understand anything stupidly, and I don't even know it when I have been cleaned up!

I don’t know if you have been cleaned up by leaders in the workplace, and have you experienced the tricks that are not cleaned up by leaders?
