External: Do the work must do the first, not the second. The world's highest peak is Mount Everest, everyone knows it, but the world's second highest peak is estimated that many people can't answer it. Therefore, many masters like to do groundbreaking or unique work. Although it is difficult, it is also very easy to make achievements.
