In the course of many years of practice, I have seen more than one technical person who asked the company for a salary increase with the technology he mastered, and at the same time coerced the company by controlling the technology not to be taught to other colleagues. In most cases, this result is a failure. Even if some people succeed, their career development is basically interrupted.

[3] Asking for a salary increase with resources

Some employees who have customer resources and company information often use this as an excuse to ask the company for a salary increase. This is also a direct coercive behavior. Normal companies and leaders will not agree, resulting in the employee losing his wife and losing his army.

[4] Asking for a salary increase based on performance

Maybe many people disagree with this one. Since performance is the key to work, why not? The problem is that this kind of salary increase should be an initiative of the company, not a personal request. It is basically certain that when a good employee gets a pay raise through performance, he is no longer good in the eyes of the leader. Does a poor employee deserve a raise?
