First, you don't know the inside story, and second, you don't have certain professional knowledge. Can you not fail in this way?

Our company used to have a new workshop director, who was disgusted by everyone because he oversaw too much and oversighted what he shouldn't. As a result, he voluntarily resigned after a few months. In fact, his responsibilities are to manage the production tasks of the workshop, coordinate the welding of each production process, arrange the daily work, and count the output and attendance records of the workers. But in order to highlight his own abilities and consolidate his position, he just stretched his tentacles to other places and took care of the places he shouldn't. He went to mobilize the personnel of various processes. Arrange the specific work of each process. In the past, each process was arranged by his own team leader. Isn't he offside? The result can be imagined, causing everyone's dissatisfaction, obeying the arrangement on the surface, but acting against you in action. Can you do your job well and complete your task? Can you stay like this for a long time? This is like a teacher who guides students to write essays. The teacher can only teach students how to conceive and layout. As for how to write, how to use words and sentences, students must do it themselves. It is necessary for the teacher to do it, one has no time, and the other is that the students cannot learn the knowledge, which is not conducive to improving the students' writing level.

So I advise the new leaders not to worry too much. Wise leaders know what to do and what not to do. Sometimes, if you manage less, you will attract people's hearts, gain prestige, and you will gain both power and money, and everyone will go with you.
