Will there be an interview if I fill in the unemployment window truthfully on my resume?

No matter how long the unemployment window is, it is not recommended to fill in truthfully.

Maybe your last job was a naked resignation. You have been looking for this job for a long time, and there is no particularly suitable opportunity. Then, there is no need to present a description such as this in your resume:

Unemployed since January 2018, looking for a job, can work at any time

so honest...

The resume is positive information, you can't lie, we should tell the interviewer the truth, but you don't need to tell the interviewer all the truth, you don't have to expose your shortcoming, just don't write it.

Work resume, write down the time when you left the previous company, that's all.

If after resignation, there is no work for a period of time due to personal affairs, depending on the reason, it can be filled in truthfully.

For example, you may have been working for many years and you may be physically and mentally exhausted. You want to quit your job to take a good rest, go out on a trip to relax, clean up your mood, and start again. I think it can also be presented in the resume, at least you want to adjust yourself and have a better state for the next job.

Or, it may be because there are elderly people in the family who are sick or under special circumstances, and they need relatives to take care of them for several months. It can also be written directly on the resume. An unfilial child will not be a loyal employee, which is not a bad thing. But on the other hand, it is necessary to show that the elderly have recovered or been cared for, and dispel HR's scruples that this will happen again.

I once quit my first job when I was young and worked as a freelancer for eight or nine months.

It is to take up small projects and do it by myself, give part-time lectures to some institutions, give out questions, etc., and I am busy when I am alive, and I am idle when I am not alive... Later, I realized that this is not a problem, and I started to look for a job again.

At that time, I filled out this experience truthfully on my resume, but at the same time expressed my willingness to find a job steadfastly. I also got my wish and found a job that suits me.

If you say a secret word, if it is too nonsense, or the reason for the blank period that is not conducive to job hunting, try not to show it on your resume...
