02 Progress

Why are you correcting me? It is based on "seeing hope".

Your knowledge of the job, the company, and even the industry, your understanding of the position, and your next work arrangement is equivalent to announcing one thing: "I can do better."

Grades and progress are the main basis for whether you can become a regular.

Note that the achievements you post should be what the leaders care about, not what you think is important; the progress you talk about should be approved by the leaders, not what you think is useful.

03 Insufficient

No one is perfect. You must have done something good, or at least not done a perfect thing. You have even been criticized by leaders. Think back, where is the problem.

This obvious deficiency, whether you write it or not, is there, why not write it out generously? It means: "I know my shortcomings".

One shows modesty; the other shows that self-cognition is relatively objective.

Shout slogans, draw pie, and express gratitude.

The slogan is determination, attitude, and stability.

The pie is the plan, the goal, and the loyalty.

The slogan, don't make false claims, combine the current situation and the actual situation of the work, it is too fake and meaningless to wear it at a glance.

The big cake must be pragmatic, not a mirage, it is best to plan in the near future, which can be seen and touched.

Be grateful, you can be a human being, you have no human skills, you shouldn't, you should thank the people who gave you guidance and help, and even say something specific, it seems sincere, and I remember every bit of kindness in my heart .

Throughout the writing, pay attention to polite language and small details.

If you mention direct leadership, you should use the honorific title of "surname + position", try not to call it "boss" or "Brother Wang". Don't lose your senses.

More long-winded work report and summary of this matter

Some people feel that they do the same thing every day, work the same every week, and have nothing to write about in a weekly report.

This idea is very dangerous in itself...

  • Did you eat more?
  • Did you go to bed earlier?

The work report is an opportunity for performance, not a scene to deal with. It doesn't cost electricity to use more brains.
