This girl's school is average and her grades are average. After she delivered her resume and interviewed several companies, she found that it is difficult to get into a big company or a famous auditing company. However, life still has to pass. I hope that when choosing a career Being able to choose a path that can learn things better, so there will be such a problem.

If you are a finance major, should you go to an accounting company or find a small business to do the internal accounting?

The idea of hoping to learn is very good. There will be many people who are progressing much faster at work than in school. With this awareness, your future career development will usually be very good (be optimistic about you).

So, before "learning something", we actually have to think about what to learn and where to have the opportunity to learn it.

First, the accounting company will represent the accounts of several companies at the same time, which is theoretically more practical opportunities. However, if the management of the company is very chaotic, and the operation is also very irregular, or even illegal operations, it is indeed very unfavorable for the formation of good professional habits. Therefore, it is not necessarily that you do not choose an accounting company, but it mainly depends on whether the company has professional teachers in finance and whether they can learn something. Even, many times, the accounting company's finance is part-time, and they work in a very good company, and they are not allowed to link to relatively good people, and there are new job opportunities.

Second, for the path of finding a small enterprise to do internal accounting, from the perspective of financial expertise, the accounting of small enterprises is generally relatively simple, and it is difficult to have the opportunity to learn, and the financial affairs of small companies generally do not simply do Finance, and also do some administrative work. Therefore, if your future development direction is not necessarily to become a professional financial officer, it is also a good option.

So, to sum up, both options have their pros and cons, but of course I am not a good person, so I still have to give specific thinking suggestions, specifically three steps:

The first step is to figure out what your career goals are. If you don’t like finance so much, just because you learn this + don’t know what to do, you choose professional employment. In this case, I will give priority to small businesses. Contact other departments and processes of the enterprise, and maybe you can find a way that is more suitable for you. On the other hand, if I really like finance, I just want to have a skill in finance in the future. Then, it is recommended to choose a professional company related to finance.

In the second step, there is a general tendency on the basis of the first step, but it is not absolute. In the next interview, focus on whether the interview company can meet your needs. For example, even a small financial accountant The company, its promoters are actually great in business, which is a plus for those who want to specialize in finance. And so on, combined with career goals to determine the elements of your evaluation of the company you are interviewing for.

The third step is to look at the offers obtained after the interview, and weigh and compare to see which one is more suitable. Your first job off campus is important, but not so important that it will determine your life. Even if your career goal cannot be achieved temporarily, it does not mean that it is impossible to achieve. The rest of your life is long, don't panic.
