In the workplace, the more you escape, the more you will run into a wall!

In the workplace, if you encounter a problem, you do not actively face it and find a solution. The more you avoid it, the more you will hit a wall.

A while ago, a friend asked me if I could help her brother find a job. He said that after her brother graduated from college, he searched for a job for two months and couldn't find a suitable one. It just happened that the company was recruiting people during that time, and this younger brother also met his major, so I wanted to give him a chance. Ask him what certificates he has taken in college, what clubs and activities he has participated in, and which units have he practiced in? The boy's answer was "no".

Looking at this resume without typesetting and without any highlights, I probably know how he spent his college career, so that there is nothing to write on the resume after graduation. I politely told her sister that the positions on our side were full, and I suggested trying other companies. At the same time, I suggest that the student think about what job he is most interested in? What are the recruitment conditions? What can you do to prepare yourself? The boy replied without a word.

Now I heard that this boy has changed 3 jobs within 6 months, and each job will not last long.

In the workplace, the more confused you are and the more you don’t know what you can do, the greater the price you will pay and the more you will hit a wall.

Xiao Huang is 34 years old this year. He seems to be a very shrewd person. He used to be a boss, and then he came to work in the company after failing to start a business. He is very passionate and has a mature way of dealing with people. I thought to myself, how could such a person fail to start a business?

Through some things, I saw things that I hadn't seen before.

Xiao Huang has a list and needs me to assist him to complete the delivery together. One morning I asked him about the return of the materials. He said he didn’t know, and asked me to find XXX in his team. XXX said that the team leader (Xiao Huang) didn’t say when he wanted it, and I haven’t arranged it yet. So I hurriedly urged Xiao Huang to come out with a schedule, and to clarify the responsibilities of the members, who would have what results when and when.

One day, I went out with him to run the processing factory. On the way back, I first took me to a fast food restaurant for a meal (the two had already eaten at noon), and then went to a dessert shop to pack desserts. At work, his list is already burning his eyebrows, and he has to go back to the workshop to communicate related matters, but he is still slow to return to the company as if he is nothing.

I don't know the real reason why his startup failed. There is no prioritization of work; as a leader, the responsibilities of the relevant persons and the deadline for results are not clearly defined in advance. Can the company manage the company well? the answer is negative.

Xiaoguang has always wanted to become a sales master in the consulting industry. After graduation, I got my wish and entered a good local consulting company, and was led by a sales expert with great negotiation experience, Sister V.

Sister V is a careful and considerate person. Every time she assigns a task, she will make corresponding adjustments according to the situation of the members, so that members can take a little step to achieve their goals. But Xiaoguang felt that Sister V was embarrassing him every time, and finally left after arguing with the leader. Later, when I contacted Xiaoguang again, he had already resigned from the new company, and the reason was similar to the previous one.

Xiaoguang did not face up to his ability to withstand pressure, nor did he let himself out of his comfort zone. The more he avoided this, the easier it was to fall into a vicious circle: "The leader assigns a task - can't bear the pressure - resign - find a job - resign ".

Conclusion: In the workplace, any success is not easy. When you want to escape, ask yourself: Am I following my heart or my desire?
