Last but not least, wages are low. Basically, factories now have two shifts and three shifts. If you want to get overtime allowances, you have to work night shifts. You work night shifts for a long time, you will be hungry in the middle of the night, you want to sleep but can't sleep, you stay up until four or five in the morning, this time is the most uncomfortable, and the whole person comes out of the factory feeling groggy.
