Dongguan boss: Can't recruit anyone with a monthly salary of 5,000? Workers reveal the real reason, very realistic and sad

In the past few years, with the development of the Internet industry, traditional enterprises have gradually declined, especially factories that were very popular in the past, and now often cannot recruit people, and the workshops of many factories are empty. Some time ago, a boss in Dongguan complained: I used to pay 3,000 yuan for a random move, and I used to be a lot of people. Now my salary has reached 5,000, but there are still very few people coming. I feel that my factory can't continue to open.

There are many working friends who saw the boss's complaints and expressed some opinions based on their own experiences. Let's take a look at them together:

First, wages are rising. I used to be able to get 3,000 yuan a month when I went to work in a factory. I felt very happy and thought it was a very high income, but now the 5,000 yuan is actually not high at all. There may be some growth in the numbers, but the actual income may not be as much as before. Now the price is so expensive, and the house has become a lot more expensive. It is really difficult to hire people for this salary.

Second, there are better jobs to go. For migrant workers, the Internet was not so developed in the past, and many people's channels for finding jobs were relatively closed. They could only go to the talent market, or through the introduction of relatives and friends, and then go to work. Most of them went to the factory. But now there are so many recruitment information on the Internet. For occupations such as courier and takeaway, the monthly income is much higher than that of the factory. It is not a fool to go out to work. It must be to earn more money. Where to go, why not go somewhere better.

Third, there is no growth in working in factories. Now the workplace is slowly starting to become younger, and more and more post-90s have joined the workplace. Maybe many workers born in the 70s in the past, because of their age, at this time, there are old people and young people. It was easy to withdraw from the factory, but the post-90s generation did not have much economic pressure. The most important point is that the factory basically has nothing to do with the growth of employees. After the 1990s, they all advocate freedom, and they must also think about a lot of growth for themselves, so the factory is not a good destination.

Why do you think it is so difficult to recruit now? Have you ever been to work in a factory? Welcome everyone to communicate in the comment area!
