Does it matter whether college students join the party or not? It's no wonder that you don't regret seeing this set of data?

For college students, it should be that many people are thinking about future employment issues when they first enter the school. It can also be said that all the studies before high school are for the purpose of being admitted to the university, and all the studies in the four years of the university are for the purpose of finding a job and preparing for future employment. In their college career, many college students tend to ignore such a thing: that is, the question of whether to join the party. In the eyes of many college students, I don’t have much political inclination, or it’s not too late to join the party after joining the job, so why bother trying to join the party in college?

But what the editor wants to remind everyone is: China is governed by the Communist Party, no matter what kind of job you choose in the future, you may have to deal with the party. If you want to work with college students who want to work in civil servants, public institutions and state-owned enterprises, joining the party is a barrier that cannot be avoided. It doesn't matter whether you join the party or not, as everyone thinks! Here, I would like to use a recent set of data to illustrate the importance of joining the Party for college students.

According to the recently released statistics on the recruitment of civil servants in state organs in 2021: at the level of real state organs (not referring to vertical management such as the tax bureau, although it is a national examination, but it does work locally), there are restrictions on political appearance. Just a lot. A total of 373 civil servants were recruited, of which 256 positions were limited to CCP members, 54 positions were limited to CCP members and Communist Youth League members, and only 62 positions were not limited to political affiliation. You can imagine, if you are applying for the national civil service in 2021, if you are not a party member, how many positions can you apply for? Not to mention that there are professional restrictions and age restrictions. It is estimated that the final limit is down, and you may not be able to apply for a position.

Not only the units at the same level of the national examination, but also other positions in the national examination and the provincial recruitment of civil servants, there are many restrictions on the political outlook. If you are not a party member, how many opportunities do you think you will lose? This is especially true for re-selection and transfer exams. Many places stipulate that party membership is one of the conditions for admission. At the same time, it is possible that in the interviews and political examinations of civil servants, if you are a party member, it is estimated that you can have a certain advantage.

Even if you finally arrive at your job, the unit will give you three points preferential treatment. Why do you say this way? Because everyone knows that it is actually very difficult to join the Party in a university. One is that the cycle is very long. Generally speaking, it takes at least two and a half or three years to truly join the Party. In addition, joining the party in the university has relative control over the number of places, and it is basically a merit-based party to join the party. Therefore, if you can join the party in college, the leaders will often love you after you work in the unit, because being able to join the party in college means that you are either a student union cadre, a class cadre, or a very good talent. After arriving in the unit, just because you are a party member, the unit may focus on training, and your starting point may be higher than that of the personnel who entered the civil servant or administrative unit at the same time.
