Vaccination, need to adhere to the conservative principle

With the continuous mutation of the virus, the virus has evolved from the initial invasion of the lungs to today's upper respiratory tract disease, whether it is for the virus itself to coexist with humans, or to constantly evade the immune barrier we build with the help of vaccines . Overall, vaccines have lost their original vision and purpose around the world.

Initially, we developed vaccines based on the ability to stop the spread of the virus through vaccination, and the fact that vaccine-based vaccination can provide better protection to immunocompromised people. However, from the actual use of vaccines, it seems that there has been a deviation from the original idea. No matter what kind of technical vaccines are used, we cannot use vaccines to block the spread of the virus.

Moreover, in the actual vaccination process, there is a lack of more scientific evaluation, that is, whether it is necessary for people with healthy immunity to be vaccinated. Because from the medical and therapeutic level, the core of providing security for our body is the autoimmune system, not the drug, the drug only plays a supporting role.

Then, when the vaccination of the vaccine is continuously strengthened in the human body with healthy autoimmunity, it seems that it lacks certain scientificity from the perspective of medicine itself. Especially at the moment, we can only roughly think that vaccination can prevent death and severe illness, but it is difficult to have clear substantive evidence to support such a conclusion in the whole world.

In particular, the incident in North Korea actually provided an opportunity to reflect on vaccination around the world, that is, vaccination does not necessarily prevent death, because in actual clinical practice, we have seen that no matter whether vaccinated or not, as long as it is Elderly people with multiple physical diseases, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not, are all likely to die.

The development of vaccines usually requires a long clinical test, and it is necessary to solve various potential side effects and sequelae after vaccination, as well as the prevention of ADE effects. It is obviously insufficient to solve these problems in a short period of time. So, under the current weakening trend of virus mutation, do we need to revisit the issue of prudent vaccination, and whether to adopt a more conservative approach in the large-scale use of this new drug. Especially when it comes to children, in the absence of sufficient safety demonstrations, we adopt a conservative vaccination strategy and strictly abide by the principle of voluntary vaccination, which may be an issue that the relevant departments need to pay attention to at present.
