Is it really just because of the epidemic that people who haven't found a job yet?

Because of the epidemic, many companies could not bear the pressure of funds, closed down, and news of salary cuts and layoffs came one after another. After seeing the current situation, many people felt that keeping their current jobs was the first priority.

After the start of work, I found that there were more people looking for jobs, and they urgently needed a job to give them a sense of security. During the interview, some people were successful in the interview, and some people were eliminated.

1. People who switch jobs at will.

Looking at the resumes of many people, they are young, but they are engaged in a lot of jobs. They change jobs very frequently, and they resign before they are familiar with a job. Such a person is not welcome in any company.

There are two reasons for changing jobs. One is that the money is not in place, and that the salary cannot match his ability, so he resolutely chose to resign. Second, the atmosphere of the company is not good, and the company does not get the respect it deserves. Job-hopping is a very serious matter, and many people would not choose to resign if they were not forced to.

But some people are clearly not like that. A friend who is engaged in human resources analyzes his resume and finds that there is an applicant with good conditions, but he has engaged in three jobs within two years, and basically each job has been held for no more than one year. Even if the conditions are very good, he would not dare. want. After all, a job takes at least three months to fully get started, and at least half a year to be competent.

Resigning within half a year is a big loss for the company. After all, within half a year, this person can hardly create much value. This half year is entirely because the company is raising a person who does not contribute much. Such frequent job-hopping has basically cut off his future path.

So what happens to people who switch jobs at will?

(1) The time cost is getting more and more expensive.

If the job-hopping is to get a higher salary, then the person is actually a very bad failure. Because he did not consider the time cost. It is impossible to enter a company with a high salary from the beginning. There will be at least a three-month assessment period. The salary during the assessment period is generally 80% of the agreed salary. These three months have basically been wasted. And those who did not resign, those who did a good job in their own positions, will also get the opportunity to raise their salary. In terms of time cost, those who frequently change jobs will lose more than three months.

(2) There are fewer and fewer jobs to choose from.

People who change jobs frequently have fewer and fewer choices. First, the exchange of information among peers is relatively convenient. After frequent resignations, they are basically blacklisted by the HR of various companies, and there will be fewer and fewer jobs to choose from.

In addition, people who change jobs at will, only pay attention to high salaries, but ignore the improvement of their own abilities. This mountain looks at the high mountain. As long as the salary is higher than the current salary, I will apply for a job. After I am familiar with a company, I will switch to the next one. I have not given myself time to study. , there are fewer and fewer options to choose from.

2. People who do not have one skill

What kind of people are easily marginalized? Work has no gold content, and people who are not competitive are most likely to lose their jobs. There is no one skilled person. If you don't have a skill, you can just get by at work and create little value, and you will face the danger of unemployment. If you don't do your job well, your life is long, and you will encounter many accidents in life. If your job is gone one day, people who don't have a good skill will not be able to survive in this society.

No one can guarantee that they can do this job for a lifetime, especially now that the economic situation is severe and the society is developing rapidly. Some friends say that if you don't have a skill, you may go to the vocational center to interview cleaners, door guards, etc. in a few years. The nanny confinement lady works.

And people with good skills are never afraid of losing their jobs, because they have the ability to make a comeback, just like Zhang Guoli said in the movie "1942": Within ten years, your uncle, I will still be the owner. Zhang Guoli played a landowner in the play. During the process of fleeing, his family business was gone, but he told the people around him that as long as he lived, within ten years, he would still be a landlord. To be able to say these words shows that he has enough confidence. Only people with confidence can say such domineering words.

In reality, people with good skills are never afraid of failure, because they have the ability to look after the house and can make themselves survive in this society. And people who don't have a skill, once they lose their job, they will only blame the world and others, and can only wait to die. Not having a skill in the workplace is like a soldier without armor on the battlefield. Many companies are willing to have people with skills. One person can do the work of two people. For those who don’t want to, paying more wages in time is more cost-effective than hiring one more person. And it is very difficult for people without a skill to find a job. This is the reality.

3. Those who are passively arranged by leaders such as those who do not report to the leaders after completion.

We often see such situations in the workplace. We are not active at work, do not know how to find a job, and passively wait for the leader to arrange work. In the words of the leader, it means that there is no work in the eyes, and it is like a machine. Just sitting there without instructions.

Leaders do not like such people. They are already adults, not students. They still need teachers to teach them. What they do needs to be arranged by leaders. What do they want you to do? Therefore, such people often do not get the attention of leaders, and their work is not active. From the perspective of leaders, they are the biggest laziness.

There are also some people who do not write down the work that the leader has explained, and report that it has been completed after the leader asks. Such people don't do things in a closed loop, they have a beginning but no end, and their leaders don't like it either. There is a young man in the company, who has good ability and works very neatly, but he is quite independent.

There were times when several projects needed to be budgeted before starting construction. His ability is really good, and he finished the budget soon, but he has not been handed over. When the leader in charge asked him if the budget has been completed, he replied that it was already done, and no one came to him, so he didn't say it. Two days have passed since he finished the budget, and the entire construction period has been stagnant for two days. The workers have not done any work for these two days, but the company still needs to pay the company. The leader in charge was very angry at that time and insisted on expelling him from the company.

Do things with a beginning and an end. The work arranged by the leader must be reported to the leader after completion. It's a matter of attitude. You finish the work silently without saying a word. The leader may not be able to start the next work without knowing the progress of the work. This is a typical thankless.

Now that the work is completed, it must be explained. If the work is completed and not reported, it means that it has not been done. Work is not carried out alone. Many tasks are connected from top to bottom. If one link is not done well, the next link may not be carried out. When you are done, keep silent, and the following links are still waiting silently until you are led. When asked, the deadline has reached, and the work is completed in time without a single word of praise.

After the epidemic is over, there will be a new wave of personnel flow, and the talent market will form a phenomenon of oversupply. People who change jobs at will, people who don’t have a skill, and lazy people who don’t take the initiative to work will find it difficult to find jobs again.
