If you sincerely cultivate your leaders, you will have these kinds of performances. When you encounter them, you must learn with an open mind.

I have been in the workplace for many years, and the deepest impression on me is the importance of leadership. To put it bluntly, if you follow the right leader, your career path will be smoother and you will avoid many detours. Once you follow the wrong leader, it will be the opposite, not only wasting time, but also possibly self-destructing your future.

When I first entered the workplace, I met such a leader. When I was a grassroots employee, he would deliberately arrange for me to do some work that I was not involved in; when I had been promoted to a middle-level management cadre , he will share his work with me intentionally or unintentionally; when I reach the top, he will give me the work that I have not been involved in.

In other words, the leaders will always train me, intentionally or not, to make me do things that I shouldn't do at my level.

The reason why I want to talk about my own example is to make a comparison with the following messages in the background. A friend left a message in the background: "My superiors often ask me to do things that I can do. They promise me from time to time that they will work hard, and one day they will give me a promotion. Is this the performance of my leaders to promote me?"

I can tell this friend clearly that your leadership is not promoting your performance because you are often asked to do what you can, which is actually your job. As for the promise to promote you from time to time, it is just a verbal talk. There may be two purposes: one is to stabilize you, and the other is to want you to do more things for him , so that you can find an opportunity to promote you later. Things.

If you really want to develop your leadership, you must have the following performances:

  1. Give you a job that is more challenging than your current job

If you want to train your leaders, in addition to doing your own job well, you will be assigned jobs that are a little higher than your current level from time to time.

To give a simple example, if I am an ordinary employee now, and the work I do has no technical content, if my leader wants to train me, he will definitely let me do the work of a grassroots manager, although he will not give him too much in the early stage. Many similar things for me to do, but let me try to do it.

Only when you do your job well, and then slowly do things that are more challenging than your own job, can you take on a deeper level of work than your current position.

  1. It will be very strict with you, and the requirements will be stricter, so that you will be more careful in doing things

If you want to train your leaders, you must be more demanding than ordinary people at work.

To give a simple example, other colleagues only complete 0.1% of sales performance, and may require you to complete 0.15%. Only with outstanding performance and ability can you better convince the public and grow faster.

They not only care about your achievements, but also care about your growth. Only when you grow quickly can you become their right-hand man better.

  1. Will often praise you instead of suppressing you

Intentionally develop your leadership, in addition to cultivating your ability in all aspects of the work, will often praise you. Why are you praising you? The more often a person is praised, the more the person can establish prestige in front of other colleagues, which means that he is recognized by the leadership. Of course, you must be humble in being a person. If you are often praised by leaders, you must not be proud, otherwise you are likely to take credit and be arrogant, and eventually bring a series of troubles to yourself.

If your leader is constantly pushing you down, remember that it's not nurturing you, it's thinking that you're not mature enough, or that your actions have threatened his own interests and management authority. At this time, we must correct our style, be modest and pragmatic, in order to gain more.

There is an old saying that "mixing in the workplace is in the circle", and in the circle is what kind of people you interact with and what kind of people you associate with, what kind of person you will become. Therefore, if you encounter the above types of leaders, you must learn with an open mind and do your own thing well. The reason why your leader has these kinds of performances is to train you, make you a right-hand man, and ultimately help him.

Naturally, you will also benefit from it.

> > Roosevelt once said: "The best leader is one who knows people well, and when subordinates are willing to perform their duties, the leader must be self-disciplined and not interfere with them." >

When your boss asks you to do something difficult alone, don't complain, just try to get the job done and prove yourself. Don't let your leaders down, and don't let yourself down.
