It is not your work that is stable, but your heart that is too stable. What is a secure job? In most of our consciousness, it is 9 to 5 + weekends, earning this dead salary every month. In a comfortable living environment, it is easy for people to lose themselves, because human nature itself is to pursue happiness and avoid pain, and gradually forget to learn and grow. After waiting for 3 or 5 years, you will find friends around you, some have bought cars and houses, some have become big bosses, and you may still be an administrative clerk of a company. You've wasted a lot of time in that secure job.

I don't mean to criticize a certain industry or job position, nor do I want to say that a stable job is not good. No matter how stable your job is, you can still have a very good development, it depends on your heart. To give a very simple example, there are many teachers now, and their jobs are considered stable, but in their spare time, they do private tutoring at home, and go to training classes, and their income is not lower than those of business owners. There are also many people who use their spare time to study and verify. There is a scholar next to me. He works leisurely and spends most of his time studying, and then he goes to other companies after he gets the certificate. The money is many times higher than the salary.

So, the more secure you are, the faster you will die. Why are some people so easy to settle for the status quo? Because there is no sense of crisis, I never thought that one day I would be eliminated by this society. Now is the era of rapid development of artificial intelligence, and machines will gradually replace human beings. If there is no skill, it will be difficult to survive in this society.

If you have a secure job, don't forget to learn and grow. Otherwise, stability is the pot of warm water, and you are the frog in it. The more stable you are in this state of work, the slower your growth will be. Therefore, you will become worse and worse. This must attract everyone's attention. .
