Don't tell the leader these 4 sentences, otherwise it will be the rhythm that you don't want to do

We all know that we must keep in constant communication with our leaders to have the opportunity for promotion and salary increase. But if you say things you shouldn't say in front of your leaders, then your future will be in jeopardy. Here are a few things leaders don’t like to hear in the workplace:

1. This job is impossible, I can't do it

When you say you can't do that, you're shutting out a job opportunity. If you often talk about "can't do it", leaders will think that you are very incompetent, and this is not acceptable. It won't take long before you feel like a janitor and your work doesn't make any sense. At this time, you can't blame anyone, you can only blame yourself for not taking advantage of the great job opportunities at that time.

If the work arranged by the leader is really difficult, we can communicate with the leader in this way: "Leader, I just saw this work, there is no problem in implementing it according to your ideas, as long as we pass 1, 2, and 3 methods, plus 1, 2 and 3 can be completed with the cooperation of resources.”

2. I don't have time, I can't finish my current work

When you say this, it means that you are a person who is reluctant to accept new things. The new job is also quite a new opportunity. If you are unwilling to grasp the new job opportunity, what about promotion and salary increase? If the leader assigns old work tasks, it means that the leader has encountered some difficulties and the work is not well arranged. You are not willing to help the leader to undertake it. Why should the leader promote you?

3. It's not my fault

Whether or not the problem the leader talks about has anything to do with you, it is not your fault. Don't refute them face to face, let alone point the finger at others right away. What should be done at this time is to come up with a solution to this problem. Afterwards, communicate with the leader about the detailed process of the matter. If it is really not your fault, the leader must also take it into account, which is equivalent to owe you a favor.

4. It's time to give me a raise

Leaders are the most annoying to shout about low-wage employees every day. Before you say this to your leaders, measure how much value you have created for the company. If you create a value of 100,000 yuan for the company every month, and the company only pays you 1,000 yuan, then leave early and change places. If the value you only create is not enough to pay you wages, then please shut up first, otherwise the salary increase you say means I don't want to do it.
