I agree with the data in this article, but I disagree with this deduced point of view . I have publicly supported Dr. Zhang many times. Today, I still support Dr. Zhang's ability and professionalism in clinical treatment, but I do not agree with his call for vaccination.
The specific reasons lie in three aspects:
First of all, we have not seen any reports of side effects of vaccination and follow-up research reports after vaccination . We are all vaccinated with confidence, but we all know that medicines are poisonous.
Secondly, from the data in the paper, only one-third of the people were vaccinated with the booster shot. For those who did not receive the booster shot, did they still have antibodies? Various research data clearly point out that the previous vaccination is basically zero protection for Omicron, so what kind of basis is there to prove that these people are because of the vaccination? Why is it not because of the autoimmune system?
In the end, only 25 of the 503 deaths were vaccinated, which raises three questions:
Why are these people not vaccinated? Is it because of physical reasons that they cannot be vaccinated, and if these people are vaccinated, are they likely to go to heaven faster?
Is the death of these people who died without vaccination necessarily related to vaccination? What evidence is there to support that if they were vaccinated they would not die?
Why are some other unvaccinated infected people okay? These deaths are all people with advanced age and multiple diseases. Is their death really related to whether they are vaccinated or not, and whether they are infected with Omicron? Judging from the previous official reports, the deaths of these people have nothing to do with the infection of Omicron, but are the cause of their own diseases. So, since their deaths have nothing to do with whether Omicron was infected or not, it means that it has nothing to do with vaccination.
We see that the United States is now beginning to reflect on the safety and sequelae of vaccination. On the one hand, vaccine manufacturers publish side effects reports, and on the other hand, it is clinical follow-up studies on side effects after vaccination. These reports are coming one after another. release.
Especially for the current Omicron virus, research has confirmed that the previously vaccinated vaccine is ineffective against Omicron at all. If it is effective, Omicron will not be immune to escape after vaccination . Since immune escape has occurred, it means that vaccination is ineffective for Omicron.
Then the people who recover from the current virus infection obviously rely on autoimmunity to recover, and Dr. Zhang should be very clear that the current Omicron is only an upper respiratory tract disease, and the clinical symptoms are not as lethal as influenza, although the cause of The disease is high, but the speed of self-healing is also very fast. At this point, why construct an unrelated relationship for a call for vaccinations with data that has no essential logical relationship.
